ENTRY FORM

Completed entry form & 2D artworks must be received by us by Tuesday 18 February 2025

  1. Entry to the Contemporary Art Society's A4 ART AUSTRALIA 2025 EXHIBITION is open to all artists working in a contemporary style.
  2. On submission of your entry on this form, you will be sent a confirmatory email summarizing all the details you have provided on this form.
  3. Please read the online entry conditions for this exhibition BEFORE completing and submitting this entry form. Click HERE to view the A4 Art Australia 2025 Exhibition Entry Conditions (do this before you fill in the entry form).
  4. Your payment of entry fees must also be received by the exhibition entry deadline on Tuesday 18/2/2025.
  5. After the end of the physical exhibition, all artworks will be kept by us and available for purchase online until 30th June 2025. Unsold artworks will be returned to artists approximately 2 weeks after this date.

ASSISTANCE ROSTER - PLEASE HELP

  • All involved in running this exhibition are volunteers. We request your help with sitting ONE SLOT - either a half day of the exhibition AM or PM slot, or assisting with hanging / install /de-install of the exhibition, or some other small tasks during exhibition

  • Interstate and Country Victoria members excluded, but welcome to help if possible.

  • Please tick at least 4 of the available 'sessions' from the list below.

  • Also indicate your preference-order by tranferring the 4 session number you have selected to the Sitting Session preference-order box in the order (left to right) from highest preference to lowest preference (see example on this form below).

  • NOTE: All sessions have limited availability, so we cannot guarantee filling your first preference/s against any sessions, although we will try to.

  • We will contact by email or phone to confirm WHICH 'session' you have been allocated in the week after the close of entries.

  • If you wish to sit more than 1 'session', just tick the box below to indicate you would be happy to sit 2 (or more) sessions.

  • Tick at least FOUR sessions from list below, and then indicate your order-of-preference in the Sitting Session Preferences field following.

Please indicate your desired PREFERENCE-ORDER for the sitting-sessions you have ticked above by recording (in the panel below) their assigned SESSION NUMBERS as listed above. Use the order: first preference, second preference, third preference, fourth preference - example: 5,8,10,11 (meaning, your first preference is session #5, second preference is session #8, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: Below are your preferred SITTING DATES (as chosen by you, and we will select your actual date taking info account your preferences as listed below.

Please add your RETURN postage to the box below, and then enter your total entry fees payable (entry fees PLUS postage) into the adjacent box (on the right).

NOTE: CAS Members receive 3 FREE entries. You must be a currently paid-up CAS Member to receive FREE entries. CAS members are REQUIRED to assist. (Country / interstate members exempted) CAS Members must pay non-assist fee if not able to assist.
