Please complete and submit this form by the deadline for the specific Pop-Up Exhibition you are entering.

Entry to any of the Contemporary Art Society's POP-UP EXHIBITIONS are open to all artists who are current (paid-up) Members of the Contemporary Art Society of Victoria for the duration of the exhibition.
On submission of your entry on this form, you will be sent a confirmatory email summarizing all the details you have provided on this form.
Please read the online entry conditions for this exhibition BEFORE completing and submitting this entry form. Click HERE to view the Pop-Up Exhibition Entry Conditions (do this before you fill in the entry form).
Your payment of entry fees (cash only) must be received by the exhibition co-ordinator upon delivery of your artworks. NOTE: Works will not be accepted if your CASH entry-fee payment is not received on delivery of your artworks to the pop-up gallery venue.
You must enter information fields marked with a red *. When you have entered all the information required press SUBMIT at the end of the form.

CHOOSE THE SPECIFIC POP-UP ART SHOW YOU WISH TO ENTER

From the drop-down list below, choose the appropriate Pop-up Art Show you want to enter. (We update this list from time-to-time.)
You may enter up to TWO (2) artworks for the pop-up exhibition chosen. Please put the first entry artwork as the one you want exhibited, if we can only fit one artwork per artist. If we are "over subscribed" (meaning there are more artist's entering than we can fit) The CAS committee will select artist's to be exhibited. No correspondence will be entered into.
NOTE: Depending on the number of CAS Members entering a particular exhibition, we may be able to hang your second artwork - but there is no guarantee and will depend on whether the show is fully subscribed at the time you enter your works.
We fill our Pop-up shows on a 'first-come-first-served' basis.
2D artworks must be a maximum of 75cm (in either dimension) including frame (if framed).
You will receive a confirmatory email after you submit this form with details of the pop-up gallery including location (inner-Melbourne) and date/time for the drop-off & collection.
